Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Naqi Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked. No forms to fill out.
This applies to all purchases regardless of how much of the app you have used.
How to Request a Refund
Option 1 — Self-serve (fastest): Request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple processes refunds according to their policy.
Option 2 — Email us: Send your order number to support@getnaqi.com and we will process it within 1 business day.
What Happens After a Refund
Your license key is revoked immediately. Pro features stop working on the next license validation check (typically within a few hours; maximum 24 hours). Your local data in ~/.naqi/ is not affected — it stays on your machine.
You can continue using Naqi's Free tier after a refund.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through the Mac App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple and issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on Apple (typically 3–7 business days).
